Chevy trailblazer 24 has caused so many problems and very few have been fixed. I dont know what causes my transmission not to catch when changing from drive to reverse. Also, the sunroof shade and window pops open on its all. The only response I received was the problems not happen on sight and it needs to be escalated to gm... I still dont know what happens when issues get escalated or next steps... this car has been a headache since I got it... I want out.

Angeline (Customer Service Rep) understood the situation and calmly and with knowledge provided the solution to get me back on the road.

The staff at new Rochelle Chevrolet is always very cordial and welcoming when I come there to service my car.

I brought my car in for a oil change. When it was finished I noticed a dent. I went to the office and they said they have e a machine that looks over the car before service. It takes pictures. When I asked to see the pictures I've been getting the runaround

Service advisor was not excellent. Went above and beyond to locate my parts. AI assistant is very annoying, and makes it almost impossible to speak to a human.

I dropped my car off at 11am for service. They asked when I needed it by. I told them 1pm and right on the dot they called me. It was great to have everything happen on time.

I was very pleased with the service. I was in for an inspection and needed 2 tires. Tires were going to be delivered to chevy in afternoon. Chevy had an uber come for me and bought me back in afternoon and paid for it both ways. Very impressed with the service.
